I think this baby figured he was just getting out of the area,
while mamma and the males were at each other :)

This little mallard just cracked me up!  One of 5 left, and definitely
very different from his siblings.  He spent most of the time I was watching,
swimming backwards, blowing bubbles, spinning like a top ... it was so funny!

Yup, I still have some flowers yet too ...
not many, and not nearly as entertaining as
grandchildren or ducks, but pretty!
