| Went for a drive through the Pembina Valley today ... struck out on our hopes of hiking in the park there since it was still snowed in, but we did have some success at birding! :) Can't do these birds justice with my little lens, but we did manage to observe lots of raptors soaring through the valley! |

| We noticed a few eagles in a row of poplars along the highway as we headed down the 59 this afternoon. Stayed sitting for me to try to get a photo ... just a little too far away to do a good job! I need/want that lens that I tested out a few weeks ago! |
