Conrad helped me make a backdrop with a
piece of old barn wood and then, while in the basement,
 came across this little treasure on a shelf  :) :)

have to work to remember this!

I've been practicing with some off camera
lighting this past week.  Ben was totally on board
with being the subject!

And then we had some real fun!

We were privileged to be a part of
a wonderful event with Sam & Kody!
Kody proposed!  And Sam said yes!
I  wish I'd captured Sam's reaction
when she read Will's t-shirt! Priceless!

    This week's theme was all about           light! Rather ironic that we
         had an entire week of no
           sunshine at all! 

Whew!  It's still standing!  Apparently this barn,
where my mom grew up, is coming down!
I have some very fond memories of spending time
here with Grandma and have very mixed feelings about it coming down. :(

and went  for breakfast  ... a HUGE breakfast!

and next thing, they're brown!

A whole week late, but finally
got to taking some 9 months pics of Will!

And! Finally feeling well enough
to get out for a longer walk today!  

Got out on this beautiful evening for
a short while and met the Foords at the Hill.
And the race was on!

Took my first really slow, leisurely stroll
today after a very long week ...
something that is definitely a part of my daily life as a rule

My Christmas gift has been used a fair bit already
