I was playing around with something on my camera today
that I hadn't known I could do ... multiple exposure photography.
And today was about hands and self portrait so ...

I think this is the only rudbekia I've got blooming
on the whole yard this year ... it's a beauty though!

Yippee!!  Our potatoes had 100% germination rate
and are beginning to bloom!

Yup, I was one of those that heard the warning,
and instead of taking cover, grabbed my camera,
hopped in the car, and headed east to see the sights.

 

A couple of the windmills were totally
illuminated in the sun against the dark skyline

Today would have been my dad's birthday.
It's hard to believe he's been gone 25 years.

If the corn keeps going at this rate,
I'll be able to hide in there pretty soon.

We went to the trail to
collect some rocks for the afternoon activity
